Early Identification and Grooming of Talent

As a software developer we train you in Core Java, Swing, AWT, JSP, Socket programming, JDBC, Fundamentals of UML and the likes. As a bioinformatics scientist you are expected to keep yourself abreast with the latest developments in the technology. Creative Imagination
After analysis of project requirement in detail, you and our project team members (Domain Expert; Project Leader and Software Engineers) organize brainstorming sessions. You, as an active member of the team, conceptualize innovative UIs and possible component modeling. Being a biologist is being creative. Most of the novel approaches in biology are a result of creativity. We try to discover and develop the creative solutions that help in answering some of the prominent questions in biology via a software-based approach. As a biologist, you analyze the latest research trends to design new software that would enhance and aid research.
Challenging Assignments
The projects we have developed so far for our clients are market leaders in their own categories. We have designed a software product for Microarray Technology; Real Time Technology and a number of free software tools. We are also working on many new challenging projects related to varied biological domains such as Glycan mass spectrometry, tissue arrays, microbial pathway re-engineering. This has been made possible by continuous deployment of cutting edge technologies. As a developer, you move into the latest area of algorithm and data storage challenge; produce distributed database analysis tools using JDBC, RMI, and Java servlets, and Java Beans; innovate graphical applications using the Java 2D api; produce client GUI's utilizing Swing.
As a biologist, you are given many interesting and challenging assignments that test your knowledge, creativity and time management. Biologists often have to interact with some of the leading researchers to understand and troubleshoot problems faced by them. Also, depending on the market analysis, biologists have to decide upon a novel concept to work on. For a biologist, these assignments are challenging not because they test the knowledge, but because they provide golden opportunities to explore new untouched areas and aspects.
